It is our integrated facility consisting of conveyor lines, powder or wet paint application cabinets, powder or wet paint robot and a drying oven that dries the painted products at the end of the painting process, especially for the automatic application of painting processes in sectors such as automotive, furniture and construction.

The loading, washing, dyeing and cooking/drying processes of the products to be dyed are carried on the conveyor and carried out fully automatically.

In our facility, which is designed in the most appropriate way considering the weight and size of the products processed in the dyeing facility, our conveyors are specially designed. Our conveyors, which have manual or automatic lubrication options, are suitable for working under high temperatures.

In these facilities, which we have designed and designed in accordance with the demands of our customers, there can be more than one paint booth according to the needs.
