In this system, the extra-sprayed waste paint is directed to the pre-filter by keeping the air sucked by the exhaust fan in the air stream that is trying to throw it outside. While solid particles are filtered here, the exhaust air is released into the open air by means of a fan.

While the paint sprayed in wet paint booths with water curtain falls into the water, the paint sprayed in these dry filter systems falls on the paper filter.

If the paint material used in wet paint booths is solvent-based, exprofessional materials are used in electrical and electric motor parts.

Since it does not use a water pool, there is no operating cost associated with it. Since the sprayed paint does not fall into the water, there are no operational costs and troubles related to the collection of the paint in the water. It does not require maintenance for a longer period of time compared to water curtain systems.
